REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING
December 15, 2010
The Regular Meeting of the Bear Lake Village Council was called to order by President Glen Moore at 7:30 p.m. at the Bear Lake Village Hall.
Council Present: Carver Edwards, Howard Higley, Alice Howe, Don Hyrns, Jim Mlejnek, Glen Moore, Larry Mortenson, Michelle Mortenson, Donna Ronning, Ron Ronning, George Schafer.
Absent: None
Guests: John DeVol, Fleis & Vandenbrink and Barb Farfsing
Minutes: The November minutes were approved as presented.
Treasurer's Report: Motion by Carver seconded by Larry to accept the Treasurer's Report as read. Motion carried.

Motion by Carver seconded by Ron to pay bills as presented. Motion carried.
Motion by George seconded by Ron to award Contract #3 of the Water Project to Peerless Midwest in the amount of $30,430 for the well cleaning. Motion carried.
Motion by Ron seconded by Don to approve the purchase of a new computer. Motion carried.
Motion by Ron seconded by Carver to approve the Merto Act Right-of- Way Permit. Motion carried.
Discussions Held On: - The Village will go into mediation with CJs Excavating regarding payments.
